Monthly Support Agreements

Our customers quickly get used to how quickly we respond to problems and concerns. We are available for all guests, as required, Monday to Friday, between 8am and 4pm.

However, we have many customers who have chosen to enter into a monthly support agreement that provides an even higher level of response time, extended support hours (before, after hours, emergency), and reduced or flat-rate support costs.

Our remote / helpdesk solution, known as Plexis On Call, allows our team to connect remotely with you, wherever you are! We understand the importance of having your technology work effectively at all times, so if you are experiencing a software problem, hardware problem, or just need help, we are here to help you.

As long as you have access to the internet, we will be able to access it and help you. Just download our support tool and provide the ID code shown, and we will be connected and working in no time.

Off schedule typical service is Monday through Friday between 8am and 4pm hours, but we provide many after hours support and troubleshooting by appointment.
